Hallo, heeft iemamd hier ervaring mee?
Ik werd verkouden op 9 januari, na 2 weken pas was ik klaar met de verkoudheid. Toen naar de de huisarts said i have water in the middel oor, het voel so drukd en verstopped. Gesteren was ik bij huisart weer, doctor said the water is vanished. Both ears look fine now, but i still have verstopped / drukked gevoel in one ear, anyone has experience with this?? Can it still take a while indeed before the buis fully funtioning? Now its already 3 weeks after the verkouden is finished. Thank you for all the advises

It's not that strange after a bad cold. The complaints may indeed persist for a while. If there is no improvement after the weekend, go back to the doctor. Nasal spray can sometimes also help

Thank you very much for responding me. Indeed it was a very heavy flu/cold. I just went to doctor 2 days ago and doctors said it could still take a while before the Eustachian tube back to normal again. In the meantime, i caught a cold again… 😭
I dont seem to see the end of this super annoying feeling ( verstopt/ drukkend oor), hence I am here to hope to hear some experience and advices.

As I already wrote, nasal spray can help. Buy Xylomethazoline 1mg/ml and use it twice a day
