Hi! I just moved to the Netherlands so I’m sorry that this post is in English!

For about a year now I’ve got lots of pale/white spots on my nails (5-6 nails). Does anyone know what this means?

I tried looking up people with similar spots on their nails, but I can’t seem to find them..

It could be a vitamin or calcium deficiency. Let your GP have a look at it

Can be a lack of zinc or when your health condition is not so optimal. A naturopath could tell you more about it.
