All day I have this vague, absent feeling.
I feel confused, not here. It’s like I’m exactly in a dream.
Nausea and stomach pain.
Feeling like fainting in the gym.
My vision is weird, and I often see spots.
I often feel confused.
I also get episodes where I basically black out completely; my vision gets really strange and I just kind of lose consciousness, my heart starts racing because it scares me. It comes in waves. Today for example, when I went from my PC to the dining table, suddenly a big wave hit and I almost blacked out at the table, went to my room and was very scared. Still am. I don’t know what it is.
Sometimes dizzy too.
I can’t really walk around in my own house anymore.
I’m stuck in my room behind my PC, I sit here all day.
I can barely go outside, everything is scary, and I always feel bad and vague.
MRI came back fine.
CT scan too.
Blood tests fine.
Ear exam fine.
Blood pressure monitor too.
I’ve been to multiple doctors.
I don’t take any medication or supplements, and I’m not allergic to anything.
I’ve had this for 2 years, 24/7, and it has gotten worse over the years. I’M 18 AND I’M A MALE

9 december 2025 om 18:00Did al these investigations also include bloodpressure measurements sitting AND standing , to rule out the common diagnosis of a orthostatic hypotension?
Is a common finding with adolesents (and the elderly..) and passes away genarally.
Sports is a good therapy/ training!For study:

(medical literature!)vraag9 december 2025 om 18:47Hi, no, I haven’t thought about that yet, but my ENT did say that this could certainly also be orthostatic hypotension. I just didn’t take it seriously because I don’t think orthostatic hypotension is 24/7, or am I mistaken about that? Thank you very much.

9 december 2025 om 18:53There is no other treatment for this, than training …I assume that the vitamins levels (who can play a role in nerve functioning) are measured?
Reagerenvraag10 december 2025 om 19:47Yes, that’s correct, but I’ve been training five times a week for two years straight. I’ll also share my latest blood results in the chat. They’re from a few months ago, and I’m not sure if they checked everything. I really am so lost in what this could be.. i’m confuesed 24/7, and feeling so weird. Thanks peter I putted the images in chat.
