Hello,
I have this small spot on my glans. The photo was taken using macro mode, so it is extremely magnified, almost like looking at it under a microscope.
Under normal conditions and with the naked eye, it is practically invisible. At most, it appears as a tiny translucent dot, about the size of a pencil tip.
I would like to point out that it is not raised above the surface of the glans. It seems to be located beneath the mucosal surface, almost as if it is integrated within the tissue itself.
I have been in a monogamous relationship with the same partner for 10 years. She undergoes regular Pap smear screenings, has always tested negative, and is also vaccinated against HPV.
I vaguely remember noticing something similar in the same area years ago, but I am not completely sure.

The skin is not a totally smooth surface. It is possible to have grown little small skin eruptions.
